NF 3KW 355V PTC thermistor electric heating element air heater for EV

High Voltage Air Heaters are electrical heating systems with PTC technology for air heating in passenger compartments of electric, hybrid or fuel cell vehicles. As these vehicles hardly generate any engine waste heat, electric auxiliary heaters are required to provide sufficient heating for the vehicle interior.

High Voltage Air Heaters are compact PTC finned resistor heaters for homogeneous heating of air flows. The electric auxiliary heaters are available as step-switched and as steplessly adjustable heaters with integrated power electronics. This allows for permanent monitoring of the entire system and minimized fluctuations in the vehicle electrical system. The power electronics will be customized and can be contolled by PWM signal or via standard bus systems (LIN).
