Working Principle

The drives the impeller to rotate through the electric motor, pushing the coolant to circulate in the cooling system. The water pump is regulated by the electronic control unit (ECU), dynamically adjusting the flow and pressure according to system requirements to ensure that the temperature of each component remains within the optimal range.
 

Main Functions

Cooling batteries: Electric vehicle batteries generate heat during charging and discharging. The electronic water pump removes the heat generated by the battery by circulating coolant, keeping the battery within the optimal operating temperature range and extending the battery life.

Cooling motors and controllers: Motors and controllers also generate a lot of heat during operation. The electronic water pump ensures that the temperature of these components does not exceed the safety threshold and ensures their stable operation.
Auxiliary function of the heating system: In some cases, the electronic water pump can also participate in the vehicle's heating system to help distribute heat and improve the comfort inside the vehicle.
