Working Principle
The electronic water pump drives the impeller to rotate through the electric motor, pushing the coolant to circulate in the cooling system. The water pump is regulated by the electronic control unit (ECU), dynamically adjusting the flow and pressure according to system requirements to ensure that the temperature of each component remains within the optimal range.
Structural composition
Electronic water pumps usually consist of the following main parts:
Electric motor: drives the impeller to rotate and pushes the coolant to flow.
Impeller: generates centrifugal force through rotation to circulate the coolant.
Pump body: accommodates the impeller and coolant channel to ensure effective flow of liquid.
Electronic control unit (ECU): controls the working state of the water pump and adjusts the flow and pressure.
Sensor: monitors the coolant temperature, flow and pressure in real time and feeds back to the ECU for adjustment.
