The automotive electronic water pump is primarily used in the automotive engine cooling system to drive coolant circulation, absorbing and removing excess heat generated by critical components such as the engine, battery, motor, and electronic control system. This heat is then transferred to the outside air through a heat dissipation device, preventing component performance degradation, accelerated wear, or even damage due to overheating, ensuring stable and efficient operation of all automotive systems at suitable temperatures.
This electric water pump is used in automotive engine main cooling, auxiliary cooling, battery pack cooling, and energy storage systems. It drives coolant flow to heat dissipation locations, enabling thermal control systems to achieve optimal performance and stable operation.
The pump supports speed control via CAN communication. In addition to basic functions, it also features protection functions.
This series of electronic water pumps features a brushless motor-driven canned pump structure. The main components are as follows:

A brushless DC motor (BLDC motor) consisting of a rotor assembly (including the impeller assembly) and a stator housing assembly (including the can sleeve and rear bearing housing assembly).

A controller (PCB assembly) used for communication with the main control unit to control the brushless DC motor.

A pump cover used for connection to the vehicle, engine, and cooling system.

A brushless motor rear cover including a cable outlet assembly for connection to the vehicle.
