PTC heating components are composed of aluminum heat dissipation fins, aluminum tubes, PTC ceramic heating sheets, high temperature insulating film, copper electrode sheets, high temperature resistant wires and  high temperature resistant plastic shell. This type of PTC heating element has the advantages of small thermal resistance and high heat exchange efficiency. It is an automatic constant temperature and power saving electric heater. The outstanding feature lies in the safety performance. In any application situation, there will be no "redness" phenomenon on the surface of the electric heating tube heater, which will cause scalding, fire and other safety hazards.

Features

The PTC air heater assembly is a one-piece structure that integrates the controller and the PTC heater into one unit. The product is small in size, light in weight and easy to install, with a three-dimensional digital model as shown in the diagram on the right.

The heater part of the PTC heater assembly is located in the lower part of the heater and takes advantage of the properties of the PTC sheet for heating. The heater is energised by high voltage, the PTC sheet generates heat, which is transferred to the heat sink aluminium strip, and then a blower blows across the surface of the heater, taking away the heat and blowing out warm air. The heater has a compact structure and a reasonable layout to maximise the efficiency of the heater space, and the design takes into account the safety, water resistance and assembly process of the heater to ensure that the heater can operate normally.
