NF 6KW PTC Coolant Heater for Vehicle  is suitable for electric / hybrid / fuel cell vehicles and is mainly used as the main heat source for temperature regulation in the vehicle. The PTC electric heater is applicable to both vehicle driving mode and parking mode. In the heating process, electric energy is effectively converted into heat energy by PTC components. Therefore, this product has faster heating effect than internal combustion engine. At the same time, it can also be used for battery temperature regulation (heating to working temperature) and fuel cell starting load.

According to the voltage requirement of 600V, the PTC sheet adopts 3.5mm thickness and Tc210ºC, which ensures good withstand voltage and durability. The internal heating core components of the product are divided into 4 groups, which are controlled by 4 IGBTs.In order to ensure the protection level of the product IP67, the heating core component of the product is installed into the lower base, sealed with potting glue in the lower base, and potted to the upper surface of the D-shaped tube. After assembling other parts, use a gasket to press and seal between the upper and lower bases to ensure good waterproof performance of the product.
